Below are some suggested topics for the lessons, choose one or suggest one of your own. Other topics could be body awareness, horse behavior or together in balance. Let me know if you'd like to know more about those topics:

- Riding with the right and left brain (discover the balance ratio)
- Improving the trot (sitting, posting and two-point)
- Analyzing the Halt and Half-Halt
- Controlling, collecting and extending the gaits
- Balance in turns, circles and reverses
- Half seat and pre-jumping exercises
- Cavalletti for dressage or jumping purposes
- Optimizing transitions (up and down)
- Schooling figures and arena strategies for training and competition
- Flexing, bending and suspension
- Shoulder-Fore, Shoulder-In, and Shoulder-Out
- Haunches In and Out (Travers and Renvers)
- The differences between Leg Yield and Half Pass
- Selecting a horse on suitability, confirmation, and soundness
- Tack fitting

In case you are not familiar with Nicole she teaches centered riding and works with chakras and is a bit of a horse communicator. I am sure you will get a lot of information and help out of her lessons.

Semi-Private: $45 each

Please send me your choices of time and if you are going to share your lesson and don't have someone to share with please give me some idea of your riding ability so I can try to match up a rider of similar skills and a compatible horse.
